A review of research in the industry of sugar cane Centroazúcar reported in the journal from 2000 to 2008

Abstract

In this work is realized a discussion of all papers that the sugar cane production and other products derivates of sugar cane, that were publicize in the Centroazucar Review through 2000-2008 period. It is included one total of 472 scientific papers, 68 concerning the sugar cane productions, 28 with reference to de ethanol productions and 114 about other derivers’ products of sugar cane. It is significant, the emphasis that it is made in the scientifically investigations concerning sugar machines with 84 Scientifics article and about welding activity with 33 articles publicities in the analyzing time. Also, there are contributing publications about the energetic and environmental problems with a total of 53 and 22 respectability. Finally, conclusions are elaborated for future occupation.
