COMPORTAMIENTO DE PARÁMETROS AMBIENTALES EN LAS NAVES DE AÑEJAMIENTO EN LA RONERA CENTRAL “AGUSTÍN RODRÍGUEZ MENA”

Abstract

In this article, a detailed emphasis is placed on the relative humidity in aging vessels 2 and 4, as well as the temperature inside the sheds and barrel since there is not gradual monitoring of these variables which can affect aging process in Agustín Rodríguez Mena Rum Factory. A sampling of these variables was made taking into account that the shed 2 has installed a system of solar panels on its roof, unlike the 4 that does not have it. The shed 2 has a Palletized form and shed 4 has solera system form in barrels’ location. The analysis was taken during two weeks where the influence of the climatological conditions was quite variable so that there were rainy, cloudy and sunny days. Sample comparison analyzes were performed using Statgraphics Centurion XV software for each analyzed variables in order to demonstrate if there were any statistically significant differences.
