Abstract

The present I work it was accomplished in her in the distillery Fine Alcohols of Cane (ALFICSA) belonging to the municipality of Aguada of Pasajeros for the sake of the realization of an evaluation technical economic investor to establish an order of priorities in the necessary investments to realize in the aforementioned distillery with the aim of increasing the productive performances and decreasing the total costs of operation. The work begins with a bibliographic revision that comprises aspects related with the ethanol production, with the kinetics of alcoholic fermentation, with discontinuous system analysis, as well as any one beginning related with the process of distillation. The balances of mass and energy in the stage of preparation of grape juice, fermentation and distillation to determine the mainstreams of the process using for it the Microsoft Excel. An evaluation of the alternatives chosen with the help of the dynamic indicators of profitability came true.
