Abstract

The complex analysis of processes in developing countries needs to be adapted to the limitations of their technical development, the economic conditions which must be planned and implemented in the development of chemical process industry. about this problem is the subject of this work, offering a strategy to be followed in repair and executions of a complex analysis of processes in developing countries. Also shows a scientifically based methodology to determinate weak points in these countries.
