An analysis about the Technological and Knowledge Management in the Sugar Mill “Perucho Figueredo” is shown. The most important aspects about the technologies transfer are discussed exemplifying with the development of Research Projects. These projects are conceived as vehicle of the technological and knowledge transfer with a focus in the Integration University – Enterprise, conducting to an increment of the competitiveness of the Sugar Mill “Perucho Figueredo”.
