Abstract

Through surveys, an assessment of the level of knowledge and consensus among specialists in Camagüey municipality was conducted, about the set of criteria that are considered in an earlier investment, some economic indicators are taken into account beyond the technical and environmental. As a result, and proposes a system of technical indicators, economic and environmental conditions should be considered in an integrated way in the search for the best alternatives for an investment process.
