Abstract

In present work an analysis of the different stages of bioethanol process from sugary substrate is present, with delay phenomenon focus. In this process are several stages that given their long duration a special interest should be shown when carrying out a design of the plant, with the main goal of achieving that the process you can develop in a continuous form, although discontinuous stages are also involved in this process. Another point of great importance is the organization or availability that it exists in the equipment for each one of the stages, or said the uncertainty that can exist in the integration of equipment.
