Abstract

The work introduces the neccessity to include the ethanol production from lignocellulosic wastes like raw material into industrial process. It based on the possibilities of get the agroindustrial residues of sugar production in Colombia, doing an evaluation of technology using ASPEN PLUS® simulation software, and offering recommendations.
