Factibilidad de obtención de bioetanol a partir de diferentes materias primas

Abstract

In this research paper you can find a complete evaluation of the technologies to produce ethanol via fermentation taking into account the technical, economical and environmental elements. To begin this, we made a deep analysis of the materials we have referring this topic, so that we could previously select all the possibilities we can evaluate. After this we consider the strongest one and the ones with more opportunities. These are the fallowing process to obtain ethanol from sugar cane honey, process to obtain ethanol from a mix of sugar cane honey, juice obtain from the filters and secondary juice and technological way to obtain ethanol from sugar cane honey, juice obtain from the filters and bagasse.We made a design and selection of the equipment in each alternative. We also characterize the residues and evaluate the environmental impact of each alternative. The last step was and economical evaluation where we found the final cost of investment and production and we also obtain the rentability of each process.
