Abstract

In the study, the time of enzymatic hydrolysis of pretreated acid and alkaline bagasse is analyzed, with the goal of obtaining total reducing sugar production (ART). For it, we used the obtained results at laboratory level, where the Novozyme CellicRCTec2 and β-glucosidase with code NS50010 Cellulolitics enzymes were used; in an experiment with a 23 factorial design, making random replicas. Starting from main parameters of the enzymatic kinetics determined by Albernas 2014 to determine ART production rate in time, and applying a Michaelis Menten pseudohomogeneous kinetic model, it is combined with the profitability dynamic indicators to
find the enzymatic hydrolysis optimal time in the process to obtain ethanol using bagasse hydrolyzate.
