ENERGETIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN TORULA YEAST FACTORY “UEB DERIVATE ANTONIO SÁNCHEZ”

Abstract

In the Derived UEB, yeast plant Torula Antonio Sánchez belonging to the Sugar Company Cienfuegos was the scenario of this work, the one that contemplates the use of tools of Integration of Processes of low cost, through the determination of the uncertainty in the final variable in the balances of mass and energy, being a good solution to the energy consumption. The application of this technique has propitiated considerable savings as for the consumption of energy of the factory, what contributes to diminish the costs in the factory of yeast torula.
