Abstract

The present work is part of a research carried out at the Central University of Las Villas, for the diversification of high quality ethylic alcohol industries, by using low quality alcohols or bad taste, in obtaining a product of high added value, as the concentrated on ethyl acetate mixtures, to be used as solvent. From de results of the research carried in laboratory scale, using two alternatives, technology by means of dilution-distillation, varying the relation water-ethanol or alcoholic concentration and for chemical reaction, the best alternative in quality of the product and feasibility is taken and a proposal of an investment is put into consideration.
