Abstract

The article approaches the thematic one referred to the administration of the knowledge in the managerial sector as indispensable element in the taking of decisions of the company to be able to reach competitive levels in its acting, in the optimization of the work and in the relationships of its workers in the search of solutions to the problems that are present in her. In this sense the scientific communities play a fundamental paper, where it is analyzed their conception and influence in this zeal, in specific in the industry of the cane of sugar.
