The evaluation of logistics processes and supply chain by ergonomics discipline is unusual in Cuban business practice. The organic sugar storage in sugar factory “Carlos Baliño” is one of the most important processes in the manufacture and marketing of the product, for that reason we decided to conduct this study combining two disciplines: Logistics and Ergonomics. The objective was to determine the ergonomic demand generated from the analysis of the work system in organic sugar storage and their integration in one or more ergonomic demands. The methods used in this study are: the unstructured interview, review and analysis of official documents, the Delphi methodology, application checklists, analysis of indicators, surveys, and group work techniques. The application of the methodology generates two integrated ergonomic demands on the consensus of consultants, experts and direction of the enterprise. The work demonstrates the need of deep in macroergonomic diagnostics as a specific technique of the work system analysis where storage is developed. In turn, allows tracing the strategy for the development of ergonomic intervention programs in this process.
