Abstract

Technology transfer is common today in most of the technological processes in developed and developing sub. The implementation of mechanisms for technology transfer in the fermentation process is performed with a high risk in their implementation, given the degree of uncertainty that run, which causes the effectiveness of it is reduced by a large percent. This work establishes a methodology to implement technology transfer, considering the uncertainty in fermentation processes allow us to establish properly the way to run this activity with a reduced risk.
