Abstract

The leading need to develop sugar production based on use and generation of scientific progress defines a concrete action over the research center network in order to enhance the sugar industrial sector so that the whole process can be articulated according to the existing demands on the chain production. By using statistical and heuristic methods it is possible to determine the organization’s learning capacity based on specific drivers of intangible resources and its the correlation.
