Abstract

In this work an analysis of the idler rollers in belt conveyors was made. The relationship between the numbers of idler roller in the upper strand and the capacity of the conveyor was calculated and the determination of the
forces which acting over each idler roller was made, this determination very important for the selection of the idler roller because they are buy out of our country and are very expensive.
