Abstract

In this work is fundamenting the importance of defined microbiological control inded in the extractive and transformation process of the vegetal origen food, with special interesting in sugar, te, coffe and “yerba mate” that are of great insume for the population. The productive good practice get one investigation metodology for determination of this productive good practice for obteined the best microbiological behavior. The investigation strategy, showed in the graphical form, named heuristic diagram.
