Abstract

This paper deals with a comparison between milling plant and steam generation areas for obtaining operational reliability results and effectiveness of preventing maintenance in both cases. Both areas have the same conflicted behavior by statistical analysis and reliability indexes and demonstrating it is not possible to carry out preventing maintenance.
