Abstract

In this work an analysis of the power consumption in splint conveyors and the relationship between this parameter and the installation and operative variables in this type of equipments is developed. The dependence between the capacity, the power and the consumption index by one side and the height of the flanges and the width of the conveyor by another side is analyzed.
