Abstract

In this paperwork it is analyzed the utility of the value approach in Cuban sugar cane sector. An initial conceptualization of organizational values and their utility to achieve goal’s convergence and action coherence between the organization and workers is carried out. Lately some recommendations are stated to apply the value’s approach in the business context.
