Abstract

This paper proposes a general procedure to be used in developing and implementing Competency Frameworks for the Sugar Manufacturing Facility which permits to the Human Resources Department to achieve more integration between its strategies and the work system, enabling to know the development potential of the work force into the facility. In the document have been shown the details about the steps for building on and applying the framework and its potential uses; several methods for colleting data and the careful planning were exhibited, besides.
