Abstract

This paper deals with the development of the sugar cane by-products supported in the use of the strategic management as a toll for decision-making whit a high economic uncertainty level where the sugar industry is inserted. For this purpose the FODA matrix is statistically processed to determine which external or internal variables act upon the by-product production process as a strategic way of diversification for a sustenance sugar cane industry.
