Abstract

The objective of this work is to set out the reasons that justify the management of the solid residuals, specifically the urban ones. Also, it is set out a strategy for its realization and the valuation of the benefit, these two, achieved through its economic, social and environmental impacts for all the regions of the planet and especially for developing countries.
