Abstract

This work presents a technical-economical analysis of a technology to obtain bioethanol from suagarcane bagasse using Aspen Plus software. In this analysis the variability in the result is considered in accordance with the levels of uncertainties of the variables involved in the design of the equipments used in the installation. The economical estimations are being done starting from the quotation obtained for the construction of a real installation. From this analysis, a strategy is determined to minimize the uncertainty in the execution of the inversions involved in this process and the levels of the costs of the industrial installation. This project includes the best alternative for the material and energetic integration of the system and the consideration of uncertainty in the availability of the equipments.
