Abstract

The work is guided to carry out the preliminary study of the torula production starting from vinazas in the Popular Council of Covadonga with the general objective of designing alternative of technological improvements for the production of the same one. He was carried out a bibliographical search with a view to investigating how he moves the productions of the fermentation processes. They were also carried out the balances of mass and energy of the technological process, he was carried out a characterization of the technical state of the existent equipment and all the necessary parameters for the process to determine the weak points of the process, he
intended to be carried out an investment to substitute the existent blowers and to also change the existent instrumentation, being obtained as a result more important than the investment in the alternative of increasing the level of liquid in the fermenter stops to increase production he recovers this way in 3 years.
