Influences of the quality of the raw material in the technological process, quality of the final product, and the industrial yield in a factory of sugar

Abstract

The work that is presented approaches the results obtained in the carried out investigation, on the influence of the quality of the matter it prevails in the industrial process of production of sugar, having as problem the affectations of the efficiency in the last sugar wars. It is demonstrated the economic and environmental impact that can be achieved with the employment of a matter it prevails this way that it gathers the requirements demanded to achieve a sugar of high quality and an efficient process, we have kept in mind the content of strange matters, introduced jointly to the central one with the cane to mill, what causes in the process productive big undesirable affectations to obtain an in agreement sugar to the demands of the international market, and it reduces the production causing losses. The method of the statistical analysis was used, through the results obtained by the laboratory of sugar during the different harvests, keeping in mind the system of control of the matter prevails, the techniques used for their determination, as well as the evaluation of the quality of the final product, to obtain better results in next harvests. In accordance with the above-mentioned are defined the critical points and the measures to guarantee that a higher industrial yield is obtained and it can take advantage even more the potential of sugar cane with a smaller cost.
