Abstract

This work proposes a technology that uses a substratum mixture in the fermentation stage that allows the economic efficiency in the ethanol production. To achive this general objective it was necessary to make a simple grate experiment design to determine the best substratum mixture in the fermentation that allowed to increase the production indicators, and later on to evaluate it directly in the productive process. Economically will be it determined the expense of the incorporation of the new technology in the fermentation stage and the utility in the ethanol production process, as well as the investment recovery time.
