South collaboration - south in support to the scientific Politics for the obtaining of ethanol of trash of cane of sugar in the concept of bio refinery

Abstract

Presently work offers a general panoramic on the scientific politics in Cuba, the pillars that compose it and the fundamental bases on which this politics is sustained, responding this way to the interests of an educational institution, without obviating the System of Science and Technological Innovation implanted at the moment in Cuba, its objectives and fundamental functions. Finally, they offer the experiences of the international collaboration in studies carried out through international projects that give answer to the traced Scientific Politics whose scientific line of “Strategy and Technologies for the obtaining of chemical products of high added value”, of the UCLV that includes the thematic one investigative that works in the development of technologies for the production of ethanol of lignocelluloses residuals choosing like a viable alternative, for their readiness like matter prevails, the use of the trash of cane of sugar like source of ethanol and co-products, as well as the vision of the collaboration through a Technological Park, where the state, the knowledge and the productive sector converge that constitute a valuable tool to overcome the signal problems.
