Abstract

In this work the practical results of the application of the general procedure are shown elaborated for the instrumentation of the project of industrial automation in the sugar company “Ifraín Alfonso” taken as reference, being also observed a group of advantages that it offers the same one in the technical, economic and organizational order. This investigation leaves of a concrete scientific problem in the Cuban sugar sector of how by means of the methods and technical of the scientific investigation it is feasible the structuring of a group of stages or phases that cooperate to a better process of planning, organization, control and control of a project of industrial instrumentation in a company sugar subjected Cuban to the pressures of a double blockade, to the sways of the market and the lacks of resources, question that it brought gets a study of this thematic one in the world, in Cuba and in the Cuban sugar industry, being also possible to deepen in the organizational diagnosis of the company and the evaluation of the feasibility by means of a group of indicators and indexes of economic and financial character as component elements of the proposed procedure.
