The present work is dedicated to the technical and economical analysis of the installation of different production plants of “raspadura” near by four sugars Factory of the county. In this way, studies were carried out by digital simulation of the possible alternatives to obtaining the product starting from Sugar, Juice and Molasses. The equipments were also designed to uses in each of one of the variants according to the wanted production and the characteristics of the raw material to use in it. Between the considered alternatives, the most efficient was the combination of working 100 days with molasses and 200 days with raw sugar, which allows obtaining a production of 3, 81 millions of units from 600 g each for a year, which allows recovering the investment in less than 6 months.
