Abstract

Presently work was carried out the design of a plant for the obtaining of the xylosa concentrate starting from the cane trash, which is considered as a residual one industrial. The same one is constituted had risen by hundred of lignocelulotics material that subjected to different chemical transformations and microbiological they offer products of high added value, contributing this way to develop the sugar industry in other productions to improve the Cuban economy. The xylosa is a sweetener that can be used for biological cultivations, in the industry of condiments and foods. It is very used in the pharmacies production for diabetic patients because one doesn’t need of insulin to be degraded. It is also important for the xylitol obtaining. The matters used cousins and the calculations developed to determine the dimensions of the teams, were obtained starting from the investigation data and experiments carried out to laboratory scale, also with the integration of the balances of mass and energy was achieved an appropriate degree of approach of the entrance flows and exit. It was carried out for each stage the selection of the necessary instrumentation for the control knots. The economic analysis threw that the total cost of the investment was of and the period of recovery of the same one is of 1 year.
