Significant is the connotation of the tasks included in the assessment of the updated bibliographies related to the subject in scientific research. The replacement technologies: Maintenance - Repairs, Quality Assurance and Environment, bring positive changes, theory and practice of advanced knowledge in the field of knowledge with the use of methods based on observation, experimentation and analysis - synthesis to develop full extent, confirmed previous harvests. In 2010, the production of a plan 30 198 153 t 328 550 t was 29, the performance of 11.40 to 10.04, 49% quality standard 300.00 and $ 5,776 loss. With the implementation of the technologies amounted to 43 721 350 t, the yield of 10.50 to 10.95, 99% high quality and earnings of $ 2 911,000.00 innovatively impact in the social sector, economic and
