Abstract

The organizational design constitutes an important source of reservations in the improvement of the competitiveness of the organizations. In correspondence with it, the present work has as objective the I redraw organizational of the rum´s company Agustín Rodríguez Mena, starting from the conception and implementation of a methodological instrument in which are integrated contemporary, sustained managerial philosophies this in the analysis of the state of art of this area of the knowledge, the concrete conditions of the study object, as well as the politicians and strategies of the Cuban State as for the improvement of the systems of managerial address.
