Consideración de los problemas sociales de la ciencia y la tecnología en la prospectiva tecnológica de la Industria Química y azucarera

Abstract

In the work it is carried out, with the help of the Complex Analysis of Processes, a prospective study of the chemical industry and sugar of the territory defining with foundation scientific weaknesses and strengths, that that together with a study for the methods already established of threats and opportunities it allows to sight the requirements of the Science and the Technique that the chemical industry and sugar in the central territory will require to be competitive. Leaving of the previous Analysis is based requirements of the Scientific Politics in the field of the Chemical Engineering for the Central University of “Las Villas” being determined different alternative roads to achieve the wanted results and to facilitate their introduction.
