Abstract

Technologies of white sugar production, are designed per aim achieve based on separation processes, to be able to of these; the gradual removal of impurities present in raw sugar. The preparation process of raw material is very important, because it defines the necessary white sugar minimum quality. This paper presents the evaluation of including the magnetic treatment, as complement, in the preparation of the raw liquor, to elevate the quality of such. It turned out to appear a magnetic treatment regime where the removal is increased between 15 and 40 percents.
