THE MANAGEMENT CAPABILITIES IN PROCESSES OF TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER AND THE SUGAR ENTERPRISE RESIZING

The results are presented from the evaluation of management capabilities in the technology transfer as a strategy for the resizing of the sugar enterprise “Argeo Martinez”, in Guantánamo province. The article suggests some ideas and solutions that should be developed in the future to improve the present results. The causes of the management capabilities main alteration, in the technology transfer process for the enterprise resizing, are identified, through the diagnose instruments and multicruteria analisis. It also presents the management deficiencies that hinder a major socioeconomic impact of the incorporated technologies.
