This investigation was performed in the industrial plant of well-balanced food “Chichí Padrón” in Santa Clara and was based on an offer of technological modification in the mills and the extraction system of the grinding room to increase the energetic efficiency, the same as the re-incorporation of the raw material that is poured outside in the form of powder during the process, to diminish the costs of production and the negative impact in the environment by the use of the tools of the “Efficient Management of Energy” system and cleaner productions.
