Design of a Quality Management System in a rum factory

Abstract

The adoption of a System of Quality Management based on International Standards, ensuring harmonization and international recognition, is a common language that facilitates trade, builds confidence and demonstrates competence. This work is based on the design of a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2008 NC Rum Factory in order to make their products more competitive and satisfy customers. This will develop a methodology taking into account the requirements of the standard and the specific characteristics of each organization. Design to achieve a QMS that the implant will function effectively as sustainability benefits in the market for rum produced in the factory and an increase of profits through sales.
