Technological proposal in a plant of molasses-urea-bagasse for a product with more added value

The present work has as objective to propose technological modifications in a plant of molasses-urea-bagasse with the purpose of obtaining a product with bigger value added as food animal. To be able to increase the digestibility of the bagasse on high in sources of usable energy grade for the ruminant ones, a solution of NaOH is added in proportion by dry base with regard to the products bagasse. With the proposal it is contributed to the development of sugar industry, supporting the restructuring that is carried out in the sector with the purpose of being more efficient in managerial administration, increasing the production of food animal and this way to increase the meat levels and milk in benefit of population.
