To facilitate the control based on the relations between phases (design: customer-supplier), this paper develops a tool aming at guiding and classifying the technological characteristics of the industrial process of sugar cane, through the integration elements of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD), the Decisional Paradigm Multicriteria and The Cluster Analysis, this way the balance of multiple criteria according to the degree of relationship between the technological characteristics used in the current production is obtained, so as to establish the control scheme of the industrial process.
