Abstract

A mounted method is presented on work leaf Excel Office 2003 that it establishes the relationships among the mathematical functions that express the correlations among the factors of lost and the variables: temperature, lapsed time and dimensions of the recipient and it allows in a simple way the estimate of the lost ones of the derived ethylic alcohol of the cane of sugar (bioetanol). it was demonstrated that to use (for agreement) 3 annual% is excessive and losses are assumed that can overlap other causes.
