Keeping in mind that an alternative to obtain concentrated protein with view to the animal feeding is the proteic biomass for technology simplified starting from final honey whose results are even insufficient, specifically for the low yields and productivity of the I inoculate used, we intended the following objective that is to carry out a study on three stumps of yeasts in monoculture and in mixed culture to achieve a stump with high yield and productivity for the production of biomass protein. We use it three yeast stumps which are, Kluyveromycis fragilis L/12-8-1 (L/1930), the Kluyveromycis sp. (L-4 UCLV) and the Candida utilis, the same ones are used in monocultivos and in mixed culture in a relationship of 0.5/0.5 between both and a variant of 0.33/0.33/0.33 of each one. You uses a design of experiments of mixtures of the simple put bars on type where they combine these stumps. The good point of the combination of the stumps where the biggest efficiency is obtained as for the production of biomass, yield and productivity, it is for the combination from the stumps to 0.46% K. fragilis and 0.54% Kluyveromycis L-4 UCLV.
