Abstract

In improving the quality achieved in the process of ground Sugar Company "Melanio Hernandez," was outstanding detecting potential improvement taking into account the reduction in variability in the process. This background suggests a procedure for the implementation of control stages of industrial process from sugar cane in Cuba, which scientific novelty lies in the development of a strategy adjustment and regulation according to the dynamic characteristics of the industrial process, using the exponential smoothing and feedback control.
