Abstract

The procedure the design of a plant of inóculo multipurpose is presented for the propagation for via submerged of the cultivation of microorganisms selected for the process of enrichment protein of by-products of the sugar agroindustry. The installation pursues as objective, through a simple and easy technology of adapting to minimum conditions of resources, ideal for areas of sustainable economy, to produce the foot of cultivation of the necessary inóculo to develop the production to industrial scale of these by-products enriched proteicamente for via fermentativa. In this case the design is particularized for a Plant of Cream of Biomass proteic, but for its characteristics the designed installation, it gathers conditions multipurpose in the inóculos propagation for processes fermentables for controlled cultivation where the sterility of the means and of the process it is not necessary
