Abstract

The main priority of the current Cuban milky industry is the economic technical improvement of its processes for that which is necessary to apply in a dynamic way the science and the technological innovation starting from the conception of the technological administration directed to the constant improvement of the efficiency, the reduction of the costs and the escalation of the processes. In this sense it is vital the development of a Unique Model of administration that considers the systems of administration of the quality, environment and energy. Leaving of the current tendencies of the escalation of processes in the alimentary industry and the requirements
for the implementation of the Unique Pattern of Administration like novel element inside the general methodology for the technological administration in plants milkmaids the economic technical improvement of the Placetas pasteurizer is approached starting from the detailed study of the process and the application of the complex analysis of processes. For it is developed it the study of diagnostic of the real situation in plant, the specifications are particularized of each one of the administration systems and they settle down a group of technological improvements in the sense of the escalation of the processes. The internal potentialities are determined to favor the efficiency of the processes and they intend technological improvements that involve the improvement of the refrigeration systems, of generation of vapor and the outline of use of the water of technological uses.
